Anyone make pasta with their Kitchen Aid Mixer?

1. I have once or twice. The attachment works great. But don't hang them to dry. I used the basic recipe from the manual and when I hung them on the pasta rack, they got very brittle and the broken pasta was all over the counter. Next time I'm going to twist them into nests to dry on the counter. Or use it fresh. But making it is a lot of fun.
