I love bisque for kitchen appliances. Why is it being phased out as a color selection?

All of my appliances are bisque. I need to replace my dishwasher, but Bosch (my preferred brand) now only makes black, white and stainless. What gives?

1. They offer what sells. Apparently, bisque is no longer popular enough to justify as an option. It has gone the way of avocado in the 70s and aqua, lemon yellow and pink in the 50s/60s.
