what is the difference between a Smoothie Maker and Blender?
Currently I have a regular blender, a dry spice grinder and a hand blender.... Do I really need a smoothie maker? I plan to blend some serious smoothies....should I go for it?

- The difference is that the smoothie maker is less sturdy and costs more because it says "Smoothie Maker" on the box.
- asmoothie maker everything a bit thickerr than a blender.
- Just the name... to get you to buy another gadget that you don't need, because you already have a blender:)
- About $20. No.
- Its same. You don't have to buy a new maker.
