Can we sell our kitchen appliances if our home is getting foreclosed?

Our home is being foreclosed on. Can we sell the kitchen appliances in the foreclosed home?

2. Absolutely yes. However, you can't remove builtins since they are considered to be attached to the house. Freestanding appliances are no problem. This issue is a constant source of dispute so proceed carefully.
3. If they are "built-in" they stay (this may include the dishwasher and microwave). If they are independent of the cabinets you can take them.
