Can I blend caramelized hazelnuts in my kitchen aid artisan wide-mouth food processor?

If i melt sugar into caramel and add hazelnuts and than leave it to cold on silicone mat, can i blend it in my new kitchenaid artisan food processor?

1. If you can't, get a Cuisinart. I make a toffee ice cream that requires that candied nuts get blitzed in the food processor and my Cuizi hasn't failed me in over 10 years. Have fun!
